František Teplý: A ballistics expert who turned his passion into his profession

As an experienced ballistician with a passion for shooting sports, František brings an indispensable helping hand to our team. In addition to competitions, he also teaches shooting techniques and helps people obtain their firearms licenses.
Martin Vais: A weapons expert with a passion for precision shooting

Martin Vais, a weapons expert with over a decade of experience in shooting, tactics, and military training, combines his passion for precision shooting with professional experience in weapons manufacturing and repair.

Tomáš Pavelka: From childhood with guns to top sport shooting

Tomáš Pavelka has been shooting sports since 2008 and has since become a top shooter in IPSC, IDPA and 3 Gun disciplines. Today he shoots for the KMR Arms team and continues to achieve his shooting goals with the support of STV Technology.

Václav Cibulka got into guns as a child thanks to the family tradition of hunting. He has been involved in hunting since 1991 and in sports shooting since 2014. He now works as a ballistics expert for STV Technology.

Jarkko Laukia, an experienced shooter from Finland, started his career in 2002 and has since won numerous prestigious titles at world and European championships. His tireless work and constant improvement have made him a legend in IPSC disciplines, both in the open and senior categories.
František Blaha: A young talent aiming for the world's top shooters

František Blaha, a 15-year-old shooter from Žilina, has quickly become one of the best juniors in IPSC shooting. After his victory at the PZT Winter Match 2023 and several other successes, he is now preparing for the World Rifle and Pistol Championships in 2025.

František Blaha is one of our company shooters who regularly participates in competitions in the dynamic discipline of I.P.S.C. shooting. This discipline requires not only accuracy, but also speed and tactical prowess.
Marek Neumann – top sports shooter and member of the national team

Marek Neumann has been involved in target shooting since 2015. He began his career with target shooting, which gave him a solid foundation in safe gun handling. However, he soon found his passion in the dynamic IPSC shooting sport, specifically the Open division, which he fondly refers to as the “Formula 1” of the sport due to the minimal restrictions on equipment and gun modifications.

His breakthrough moment was his victory at the 2019 European Championship in the junior category, which launched his international career.
