František Teplý: A ballistics expert who turned his passion into his profession
As an experienced ballistician with a passion for shooting sports, František brings an indispensable helping hand to our team. In addition to competitions, he also teaches shooting techniques and helps people obtain their firearms licenses.
At the age of 39, he has nine years of experience as a holder of a firearms license for groups A, B, D and E. His passion for weapons has been evident since childhood, when he was interested in their history, mechanics and functioning. This passion led him not only to a professional career, but also to sports shooting, which he has been involved in competitively for five years.
František is known for his precision and professional approach, which is reflected not only in his work on ballistics, but also in his racing career. He competes in competitions with a total of four weapons, including the CZ 75 Tactical Sports, CZ P-10C, vz.58 ASA58 Antreg and the Baikal shotgun. Although the competitions are competitive in nature, for František they are more of a way to gain new experience and develop his skills.
His other hobbies include Czechoslovak JAWA motorcycles and collecting pipes.
František is also actively involved in the state reserve program, which is organized by the Ministry of the Interior. This program aims to prepare and train individuals to defend soft targets. His experience in the field of ballistics and shooting is invaluable here and contributes to making him a truly beneficial member of this program.
For František, the most important thing is not the results of the competitions themselves, but rather the experience he gains during them. Every shooting, every competition is an opportunity for him to improve and to meet people who share his passion. The shooting community is very important to him, which is why he relies on good relations between its members.
His openness, friendly attitude and willingness to help other interested parties obtain a firearms license make him not only an excellent professional, but also a person who is constantly ready to share his knowledge and help others grow.
