Overhaul of RM-70
Several weeks ago, the Polish Army handed-over to us a T-815 RM-70. In this year, we will overhaul this system in our maintenance depots in Polička.
RM-70 combines the Soviet GRAD multiple rocket launcher and Czechoslovak Tatra chassis. This weapon system was serially produced between the years 1971 and 1989 in Dubnica nad Váhom. The total amount of units produced was 430.
The rocket launcher features 40 launch tubes for 122 mm rockets and can fire both individual rounds or volleys. It is most effective against armored vehicles or enemy firing points.
