Antibribery statement

The STV INVEST a.s. concern emphasizes that, in the performance of all activities of the companies that are part of the Concern, legal regulations, rules of ethics, morality and honest business dealings are observed at all times. As a result of setting these standards of STV INVEST a.s. Concern, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Code was adopted as part of the Compliance program (see the attachment below) containing the basic principles, values and rules of the Concern.

Corruption is one of the most serious problems of recent years, therefore the fight against corruption is one of the core priorities of STV GROUP, or STV INVEST. The main impetus for taking this position is the resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic of December 15, 2014, which approved the Government's concept of the fight against corruption.

In order to assist in the detection and elimination of illegal or unethical behavior, an Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission is established, the members of which are Pavla Kovářová, the chairman of this commission, as well as Pavel Beran and Veronika Spěváková.

The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission serves not only the employees of the STV INVEST a.s. Concern, but also business partners and other persons who can (and not only) use it to report violations of the rules of ethical behavior approved by the Concern.

All reports will be thoroughly investigated by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission and remedial action will be taken if violations are found.

Notification can be submitted:

  • personally, either to a senior employee or directly to a member of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, but also anonymously, namely:
  • by phone at phone number +420 274 012 208
  • by email to the address ethical@stvgroup.cz
  • in writing to STV INVEST a.s., Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, Hvězdova 1716/2b, 140 00 Prague 4 - Nusle

The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission will confirm receipt of your notification, if it is not an anonymous notification, no later than within seven days of its receipt.

You will also be informed about the result of the investigation by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, provided that you have not submitted an anonymous report, no later than within 3 (three) months of receiving the report.
